Cancellation Policy

At Kincraig Taxi Association Mussoorie (KTS Association), we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings made through our website or directly with our representatives.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

• Within 24 Hours: No cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled service. No refund will be issued.
• 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
• 14 Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, health emergencies, or unforeseen operational issues, KTS Association reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation terms at its sole discretion. All such decisions will be final.
