At Kincraig Taxi Association Mussoorie (KTS Association), we strive to provide reliable and professional transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for cancellations of bookings made through our website or directly with our representatives.
1. Cancellation and Refund Terms
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
2. Organizational Discretion
In exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, or operational constraints, KTS Association reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund amount or offer alternative arrangements. All decisions made by the organization in such cases shall be final.
